New construction 4-jig-back ropeway Alp Sigel

The new 4-jig-back ropeway built in spring of 2011 provides access to the wonderful meadow and hiking area Alp Sigel in the Alpstein.

Even though the facility is equipped with two 6-person cabins, the number of persons per vehicle is limited to 4.

For freight transport and Alp supply, separate material barelles are available with a payload of 640 kg.

Automatic operation of the facility is possible for the Alp staff and during marginal times.
