New construction 8 jig-back ropeway
The jig-back ropeway for 8 newly created in the summer of 2010 accesses the beautiful hiking area Aeugsten-Schilt in the Glarnerland.
In the comfortable cabins for 8, the passenger overcomes the 960 m height difference in about 7 minutes.
The Aeugsten area is operated close to nature. A cabin was equipped with a special holder for transport of the wild hay equipment (hay carriage, grass rake, etc.). Large and bulky loads of up to 1000 kg can be transported with a separate material barelle.
